A decades long client and tenant tasked Cohn Development with developing a distribution facility in Huntsville, AL, which was the firm's 19th development with UniFirst Corporation. Our market analysis concluded that there was an opportunity to deliver additional value through construction of a second speculative warehouse at the location. We delivered the second warehouse and quickly leased it to a national-credit tenant.
